An agreement was signed between Bandar Abbas Municipality of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Busan Metropolitan City of the Republic of Korea and the relations between these port cities will improve.

According to IPRU of Bandar Abbas Municipality, Soo Byung-su the mayor of Busan, the second largest city of Korea, in a meeting emphasized the relations between these two cities.

Introducing the common points between these two cities, he asked for the improvement of the economic and commercial relations.

Abbas Amini Zadeh the mayor of Bandar Abbas also highlighted the necessity to improve the commercial and economic relations between Bandar Abbas and Busan and stated: we hope this meeting would bring the fruitful results in no time.

The agreement was signed in three languages: Persian, Korean and English.

The mayor of Busan Metropolitan City of the Republic of Korea arrived in Bandar Abbas On May 29^th with a delegate of twenty three including city managers, the chairman of chamber of commerce, local figures and independent companies’ managers and reporters and are scheduled to visit port and industrial potentials.
